How dare you charge US troops return from Afghanistan for extra baggage out of their pocket. You have just lost ALL future business I will EVER do with you company. To make these men and women pay $200 PER BAG is proof that your company has no care for its passengers or it’s country. I will never fly Delta again and my Son, a Staff Sergeant in the US Army will not either!!!!

my best kept travel tip would be NEVER fly with Delta. Just came back from volunteering at an orphanage in Haiti…..the 3 hour flight home took over TWENTY TWO HOURS to get home….they were also incredibly rude. I hope anyone that might fly with them because the flight may be a little cheaper decides NOT TO. Spend the money with a different airline because Delta will find a way to get it out of you anyway they can!
