For the 2010 holiday season we partnered with Google to offer our customers access to free in-flight Wi-Fi and got a great response from you! We know that you love our free Wi-Fi promotions and ‘try-before-you-buy’ experiences so we’re at it again. From February 1 – 28, Delta customers can access Gogo® Inflight Internet to connect to Facebook without purchasing a flight pass, courtesy of our friends at Ford Motor Company. Just click on the informational ad from the Gogo landing page – that’s it!
And remember you can always access delta.com or use Delta’s iPhone or BlackBerry apps for free anytime you connect to in-flight Wi-Fi on a Delta flight. Use the iPhone or BlackBerry app to check your flight status for your connecting flight before you land at one of our hubs, or get updates on airport, gate and weather information before you reach your destination.
‘Exactly how many planes have Gogo access?’ you may ask. Delta offers more daily flights with Gogo Inflight Internet service than any other airline with 549 of our domestic mainline aircraft equipped with Wi-Fi. And we recently announced that we’re adding even more – 223 to be exact – to our regional aircraft so you can stay connected while you’re in-flight.
Have you tried in-flight Wi-Fi on Delta? Let us know how you like it!

Did I read that correctly — wifi coming to many regional jets? That’s incredibly good news for those of us from markets that are served primarily by regional aircraft. I’ll look forward to hearing more!

This is an excellent idea- and a nice welcome. True, especially for those of us who fly quite a bit.
Having inflight access means I can connect with my friends and family no matter where I am. It also means I don’t have to worry about scrambling to get reception when I’m disembarking. Well done, Delta.
Thanks,
Johann Lohrmann
