It goes without saying that so many of us miss flying the redtail. Nonetheless (as a Plat Elite nee ‘diamond’) many of us look forward to the near future incorporation of the technology and service standards we grew accustomed to with NW, and now enjoying some the enhanced Delta service offering.

Congratulations to all the staff and folks behind the seen to make the integration happen with so little disruption to operations – for here a ‘non-event’ is truly an extraordinary accomplishment that deserves so much more recognition than can ever be expressed.
