I am going JFK to VCE on April 30th and it shows the 2 2 2 configuration, but in the blog it says that there will be the flatbed seats on that route starting in September. Can you tell me if those are going to be flatbeds or not?

Does this mean that all 767-400 planes from LHR -ATL have been completely updated? Including Delta On Demand in Economy class? I am travelling with 2 children in April 2010 and the individual screens help keep them entertained! Can anyone help? Thanks :)

Mike, I like the fact that the LHR segment has the lie flat seats, but I travel about5-6 a year to GRU from JFK. When do you think these type of seats will be implemented in that route?

My spouse and I are bound for Rome (FCO) in Nov 2010 - the 767-400 seating plan is the 2-2-2 configuration, so I gather that's not the new lay-flat seats. Any input about when other 764s will be converted?

I've flown the LHR route via DTW and JFK, and love the new lie flat beds. I agree, the window seats are the ones on the plane. I'm 6'4" and the middle seats are just a tad shorter and less comfortable. However, if you're traveling with someone then the middle seats are the ones reserve. I've also flown LAX-SYD, and although the seats are nice for such a long flight, I actually prefer the seats on the 767-400.

what about the 767-300ER? Are they all upgraded to what the website shows the picture as on the 'in flight' screen shot of the seats?

jdharrington ... the 777LR has a bit more content than the 767, but they're very close. If you liked the movie selections on the 777, you should find nearly the same on the 767.

I flew LAX to SYD round trip in July. I really liked the "laying flat" part of using the 777LR Business Elite seat, but I thought that the sitting up part of using the seat was not as comfortable as a standard BE seat. I'm interested to try the new flat bed seats on the 767 to LHR and compare notes with the 777.

Mike, what is the entertainment system on the new 767 config? I *loved* the selection on the 777LR entertainment system.
