From the description, I was expecting to see a comprehensive promotions page, including tabs for partner/skymiles offers. Such a comprehensive page has long been available at co.com and nwa.com, but still not here. Is there a reason not to include this and have us fish separately on the site?
Also, I can’t seem to navigate to the listing of promotions for which I’ve registered. I’ve long been accustomed to this feature on nwa.com, and enables me to avoid making printouts or calls post-promotion.
Many of the recent changes to dl.com seem cosmetic, and I’m still not seeing the time saving features found on other airline websites. That I can find more DL flight routings/combinations on third-party booking engines is frustrating. And why doesn’t DL.com offer a single page dashboard showing all reservations, miles, promotions (e.g., My NWA Info)? That we get a cosmetic reformatting instead of time/labor saving utilities makes me wonder about priorities.
I’ll look forward to the moderators thoughts and feedback.

Thanks Katie. Sadly this doesn’t include the targeted promotions though. This would be a bit more helpful.

Hi meseed and Chris, You make great points, thanks for your feedback. It may help for us to think of this as a Phase I promotions page, a quick fix for SkyMiles members wanting to learn about public promotions at Delta. Before this time there was no one place for you to reference and take advantage of our great promotions on delta.com without the specific URL reference - as our users have pointed out. This fix is temporary and will likely be most beneficial to SkyMiles members users who are not opted into our promotional emails and those of us who delete emails before opening.
We’ll keep you updated after integration when the full functionality to view your targeted promotions and full information. Stay tuned.

Ha, HWGeek, you’re correct. The page has been there for years, our content team just added the SkyMiles Travel Offers (third box in the screenshot above) late last week. If you start seeing things on delta.com out of the ordinary though, definitely let us know!

Good deal. I’d been sniffing around delta.com for something like this. As others have posted, targeted promotions and a listing of promotions you’ve registered for will be the real deal. But thanks for marching forward.

Suggestion for Phase II: Please provide a page where I can 1) see the public and targeted promotions for me and 2) see a list of promotions where I have already registered. Maybe a 3rd would be an area showing “pending” bonus miles i.e. sometimes those bonus miles don’t actually post for a month or two after the promotion ends. It would be nice to know that DL hasn’t forgotten and that would save me the time writing an e-mail to customer service.

I remember seeing similar “NWA.com was/is great” comments posted before on some previous post. I hope to see this Phase II functionality added soon, and once again thanks Katie for serving as the ombudsman for this issue.

Hi Delta Team:
I was wondering if you guys have ever seen the MILES AND MORE flight award website? Specifically the page that is brought up when you query an award ticket. It’s awesome. The results show the date you requested, but also 7 days before and 7 days after your choice — showing results for ALL classes of service and ALL flight awards.
It is the simplest, cleanest, and easiest to use flight award booking I have ever seen.
The Delta system seemingly makes you throw darts at your dates and hope that something is available. I know you guys have the little color coded calendar that has green, yellow, and red for general avail - but it’s rarely accurate.
I love Delta and its services… I just wish you guys would make flight award booking a little easier. I know award seats are extremely limited, and i am fine with that — but at least give us a tiny bit of help.
