Please add more check card partners! For those of us who used the NWA USBank checkcard, this is very frustrating!

Just got my card in the mail today! I was so please when Delta launched this card with Suntrust! My only complaint is that Continental Airlines offers their co-branded debit card with Chase Bank and if you have this debit card you don't have to pay to check your first bag, would've been a great incentive. I would love to seem them offer this.

I think this is really great news (for 1/4 of the country) but what about the rest of us? Those of us who live on the West Coast, the Mid-west, the South central/west have no easy access to a SkyMiles Debit card in our regions. I've had the US Bank NW WorldPerks Visa Gold Debit through U.S. Bank since it came out and I'm crushed to hear that its going to be replaced with some generic travel rewards debit card. I saw the whole "Don't fret if you live in other regions line" but to many, in this time of transition, it would be really comforting to know where WE will have the option to earn SkyMiles. Please launch another option ASAP for the rest of us! I already have the SkyMiles Amex and it'd be really nice to have a SkyMiles Visa Debit card to pull out of my wallet when I frequently end up at places that don't or won't accept AMEX.

I'm a SunTrust employee and our new co-branded check card has generated a lot of buzz. We have been able to sign up a lot of our current customers and people have been asking to open new accounts just to order the card.

I already have mine too!

One thing to note, like ibogost mentioned, you only earn miles on signature-based transactions, not PIN-based transactions. When asked "Debit or Credit?" always chose credit. Miles rack up very quickly.

This is great, for the states that can get it. But what about those of us in the states not listed on the website as being eligible. I have always been accustomed to earning WorldPerks miles thru USBank and would have hoped that Delta would continue something a little more friendly. Are there any plans for this in other regions?

This is a nice option, thanks for setting it up.

I just want to draw attention to the fine print for those who might not read it: milage is awarded on purchases you sign for or buy online/by phone, but not on PIN purchases (e.g., at the gas station or the supermarket). Makes this a great option for those who don't want or can't get a SkyMiles AMEX, but maybe not for those who do.

Oh, and you could also get miles for debit-run bill payments, which probably means electric/gas/phone/cable for most people, could be good for another couple hundred miles a month. Mortgage payment still get run through electronic xfer tho.
