The flight I came over on didn't have the in-seat video screen or other options. Alas (despite what the flight crew announced) there was no in-flight Internet yet (even though the attendents said there was, no wireless network showed up on my laptop to connect to). Which brings me to my question: is there anyway to know what the tail number for the aircraft is prior to flying out? I couldn't find that information anywhere in the online booking system. I called Customer Service and they were eventually able to find out for me, but it wasn't easy? While it is a little over the top, if I have some flexibility in my departure times (which I often do) I would choose a flight that has Internet as an option. WiFi noted in the seatback. I could actually get some work done. WiFi was not working according to the flight attendant. At least the inseat power was working.
