The red coat agents are so very helpful in that “sea of humanity” frequently encountered in many ultra busy terminals.

golich17, yes – I’m hearing that Delta plans to deploy Red Coats in Boston, Cincinnati, Detroit, Los Angeles, Memphis, Minneapolis/St. Paul, Newark, New York-LaGuardia, Orlando, Salt Lake City and Washington, D.C. next month.

To often I have asked questions and been directed to the phone bank near the gate. I often go to the Sky Clubs for help, but they are not always available. I think Delta should concentrate on getting Red Coats to those locations first. Looking forward to seeing them at all airports!

I can read the airport codes just fine, but the red coats can often answer questions quickly and the red coat hearkens back to the day when Delta led the way with regal customer service.
