Our employees work really hard to not only provide an insider view of what’s going on at Delta and to continue the conversation by answering your questions and incorporating your feedback. It’s just our way of saying thank you for your time, thoughts, and your business. We’re definitely working on the frequency of posts as well – we’ve seen significant improvements over the last six months and are now posting each business day. Keep in mind we’d rather make sure we have quality content and posts over just posting every day for the heck of it though. And re: picture of 767-400ER lie-flat seats – I’ll work on that this week. Good to know there’s interest! We love our new seats.

What I love about this blog is that the people who moderate this blog actually take into account what the readers have to say. Many of us have made suggestions through comments and eventually found our suggestion turn into a reality. That alone is pretty cool.

Also, I love the inside look this blog gives us to Delta. It’s a treat for those who are interested in the airline industry.

Delta’s been our #1 airline for at least the last 10 years and it’s really interesting to see some behind the scenes insight as to what’s going on in and around the airline (as well as outside the airline, with the Carson Palmer & Jeff Francoeur posts). It’s also cool that Delta’s reaching out & giving their customers the opportunity to see what’s going on. The history posts and the fleet & IFE updates are my favorites, but I’ve found pretty much everything on the blog so far to be enjoyable in one way or another.

WHAT I WOULD LIKE TO SEE: More frequent blog posts.

My favorite type of blog posts are those that include the in-flight entertainment, fleet information, new features like new seats and stuff.

***I would love to see an actual (not computer) picture of 767-400ER new lie-flat seats. I have looked everywhere.
