Thanks, everyone!

uoflfan14, I agree. Our employees work really hard to not only provide an insider view of what's going on at Delta and to continue the conversation by answering your questions and incorporating your feedback. It's just our way of saying thank you for your time, thoughts, and your business. We're definitely working on the frequency of posts as well - we've seen significant improvements over the last six months and are now posting each business day. Keep in mind we'd rather make sure we have quality content and posts over just posting every day for the heck of it though. And re: picture of 767-400ER lie-flat seats - I'll work on that this week. Good to know there's interest! We love our new seats.

atltlr, thanks! We definitely will do. Working on ways to reward our hard working "rock star" bloggers - your ideas are of course appreciated!

JSprague24, thank you! Our goal is to keep our customers like you up to date on what's going on with our airline, our partners, and our business. As I'm sure you know, each Friday Marie posts something from our Archives and Chris has been great about providing IFE progress each year. Let us know if there are aspects of each topic you'd like to hear more about and we can definitely work on it!

HWGeek, thank YOU! And thanks to our other frequent commenters. You show us every day that what we're doing is relevant and challenge us on how to improve. We could not have won these awards without you!

golich17, thanks! Your comment brought a smile to my face. I'm thrilled that you noticed how hard our employees are working not only to request customer suggestions, ideas, and thoughts, but more importantly to incorporate these comments into our plans for the future. This is our ultimate goal: to work together with you to make a better airline for everyone. And I am thankful to have you all on board.

My hat goes off to Delta! Congratulations on this awesome achievement.

What I love about this blog is that the people who moderate this blog actually take into account what the readers have to say. Many of us have made suggestions through comments and eventually found our suggestion turn into a reality. That alone is pretty cool.

Also, I love the inside look this blog gives us to Delta. It's a treat for those who are interested in the airline industry.

Keep up the awesome work Delta!

I think the best thing about the blog is...the blog itself.

Delta's been our #1 airline for at least the last 10 years and it's really interesting to see some behind the scenes insight as to what's going on in and around the airline (as well as outside the airline, with the Carson Palmer & Jeff Francoeur posts). It's also cool that Delta's reaching out & giving their customers the opportunity to see what's going on. The history posts and the fleet & IFE updates are my favorites, but I've found pretty much everything on the blog so far to be enjoyable in one way or another.

Keep up the good work!

CONGRATS!

WHAT I LOVE: How the blog gives an inside look on delta like what is going on with the fleets plus what is really good is that blog writers answer questions that users post.

WHAT I WOULD LIKE TO SEE: More frequent blog posts.

My favorite type of blog posts are those that include the in-flight entertainment, fleet information, new features like new seats and stuff.

***I would love to see an actual (not computer) picture of 767-400ER new lie-flat seats. I have looked everywhere.

GO DELTA!
