It's a wonderful post Marie. A window back through time with but a glimpse of the man who built what would become the largest airline in the world. I am a fan of Mr. Woolman and I knew his airline at a time when his influence was still very strong. If Delta Air Lines' greatest assest is its people, then Mr. Woolman's "presence" has got to be a strong candidate for second.

The likes of Mr. Woolman cannot be found in business today. His presence can still be felt at Delta. One human being can make a difference.
