Business as usual must mean something different to Delta. So we would not be adversely affected by the merger? Well, see what happens when your equipment changes on a previously booked future flight and when you try to get an Exit Row seat. You no longer can because Northwest blocked those seats up until 24 hours before the flight, so now Delta.com is doing the same thing. So I lose my Exit Row seat, I am not even notified of the change, and now I have to compete with the 75 other Skymile flyers on my flight to get what I already reserved in the first place.

I'll admit this is cool, and I might consider storing my credit card now so that I can use it. But in the same upgrade, the seat selection went from useful to useless. You now have to answer the exit row questions for EACH LEG instead of just once! And if you select an exit row, answer the questions, and move on to the next leg without saving, your seat requests for the previous leg are lost. Please bring back the old seat selector!

Quick bug - the option with the credit card shows the first card in the profile, not necessarily the default one. Great enhancement, though :)

i helped my aunt last night book using my uncle's account. if you uncheck the "request upgrade" option you can edit the name. :D
