However, it is unconscionable that it is printed on glossy paper. Why is Delta not practicing what it preaches, and printing its materials on recycled paper with soy-based inks? At the high volume of printing that Delta commands, it can be done as cheaply as conventional printing. I never see anyone looking at it. Each year you'd save billions of pounds of paper producing it and billions of dollars in fuel flying it around. Just go with the Internet service.
