I want to clarify the story of "PINKY". The aircraft was painted in PINK when it was flown by Song... Song was a supporter of the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. We sold pink lemonade martini's and often got donations of up to $100 or more on some flights... the customer had ties to someone who experienced breast cancer so wanted to give to the cause. Personally, I won the "top" producer in sales award"... a very sweet pink basket, which I offered to my mother. I was elated when song went back as Delta and ship 610 remained pink! oh yes, I was Delta, then Song, and back to Delta.

In fact, there is a group for Flickr contributors to gather their shots of ship 610. Check it out: http://www.flickr.com/groups/794688@N20/pool/

Any chance it's coming back to LGA anytime soon? I could only get a picture of it while it's on approach or after takeoff, but if I get anything I'll post it or provide a link. (I'd appreciate it if someone could get me a flight number so I know when to look for it; thanks! ;)

I cannot reiterate to you guys what a great job you are doing. I think it's awesome that you bring such strong and vibrant survivor employees onto one flight from two different yet soon to be combined airlines. The pride you have for BCRF is evident and it just feels great to see how many people support it.
