I wish everyone would use it. I do think that havin the Kiosk rigt by the agents at the counter is a bad idea, as people tend to huddle around them while they are dealing with an agent, and prevent other people from using them. Big problem at LAX in my opinion. Although small request for the JFK staff in the Medallion Check-in Terminal, it is not polite to look over someones shoulder as they enter their skymiles pin. I have hd to turn around on two seperate trips to ask the delta agent if she could not watch me enter my pin. I love checking in at the Kiosk, and do so often in NYC. I wish everyone would use it.
