That restaurant "19" reminds me of a restaurant I've been to. It's called "Four" (or maybe "4", but I think it's spelled out). It's right near Republic Airport (I want to say it's in Bethpage, NY, but I'm not positive. It's in Nassau County on Long Island). The food there is also, and they too give you cotton candy with the check! I don't remember if they had donuts, though ;)

A couple other wineries you should check out next time you're in Napa are Frank Family Vinyeards & Larkmead Vineyards. Frank Family has a lot of "entertainment industry" history to their delicious wines (Marilyn Monroe's favorite sparkling, for example). Rich Frank was a long time executive at Disney. It makes for a fun tasting experience because you learn about some celebrity influence in Napa as well.

Larkmead Vineyards is just a beautiful setting with wonderful, yummy limited production wines. The staff is incredibly freindly and very knowledgable.

When in Yountville, CA, I recommend Bouchon. Thomas Keller, of French Laundry and NYC's Per Se fame (and fortune), is behind this excellent French bistro. Unlike French Laundry (and, from what I understand, Per Se), "the rest of us" can afford to eat at Bouchon -- and we can actually get in. The food is terrific, and the servcie the right mix of being professional, efficient and genuinely friendly.

You can use Opentable.com to make reservations. Reviews can be found on resources like Gayot.com and ForkandBottle.com.
