Your website reads:
“Platinum Medallion members automatically receive SkyTeam® Elite Plus status when traveling internationally on any SkyTeam partners. This means that you have access to Delta’s international Crown Room Club® network as well as to the lounges of our SkyTeam partners, regardless of the class of service you are traveling in.”
Is this still true? Is it true of ALL Delta Crown Room Clubs?

I’d like to see the Crown Rooms move more upstream and offer club level details. First put the bar stools back at the bar and add a couple flat screens, if money is tight charge customers a couple bucks a drink, people get upset when you move from free to $6.00, not from free to $2.00. I would also be willing to pay for real food. The snacks and coffee are very nice; maybe you could offer a limited menu of cold food - I think if it was good you could charge for this too. Another improvement would be to offer free WIFI, getting your credit card out, logging in, using the internet for an hour and then having to expense it is a big pain. WIFI is minimum fixed costs to Delta. The people in the ATL Crown Rooms are very good; however, the chairs are old and having the same cushing as my college furniture. Believe me I understand that all these things are expensive, but know many people would be willing to pay if the details are there. Charge a monthly fee vs. the upfront fee like a country club. $40 per month is $480 vs. the $350 you charge today and your renewal rates would also be higher because you could set it to month to month until we cancel.

Any word on when the new Miami Sky Club will open?

I would like to know if there are any plans to re-open the Crown Room (Sky Club) in Phoenix. It may have been a secondary club when there were just Delta flights on that concourse, but now with Northwest there are twice as many flights. I always enjoyed that Crown Room, and it always seemed busy. The concourse with both Delta and NW is always crowded with few amenities. I hope you will consider re-opening it especially with the increased traffic.

Before I purchase a membership, I want to know if I can get free drinks at the Sky Clubs in Atlanta and Cincinnati.
