I first travelled to Orlando in 1996 with Delta my first ever long haul flight at the age of 7. The cabin crew were brilliant & overhead movies were excellent at the time of travel. The last 3 return flights I have been on have been with Northwest/DL, United & Delta. With Northwest the in-flight service was brilliant but with United not so good. Our last Delta flight back was not so good but that was due to a plane change at the last minute which didn’t include personal TV’s.

I would recommend anyone to fly Delta/Northwest due to the extensive technology & high quality service received.

Hi Chris,

I´m planning a trip to the U.S. on Delta in March 2010. I´m a “Delta virgin” so I have no idea what to expect. Frankly I was disappointed by my previous encounters with some North American Airlines but I wanna give Delta a try, due to recommendations.

On my way to the states I´ll be flying from FRA to DCA, via JFK. Website said it would be a 763. Any chance coach cabin is equipped with DoD by then?

On flight 1475 nonstop from Atlanta to Anchorage on a 767-300 will it have live tv for some or all of the flight?

Bastia97, donghaeluv, and Jesamondo, are you flying Business Elite or Economy? If you are sitting in coach class you won’t have DoD.
As already answered several times above the upgrade of the economy cabin of the 767-300ERs won’t start before next year. Or maybe a little sooner?

I’ll be flying from JFK to Madrid in Aug. on a boeing 767-300ER and was wondering if it would have on demand. Any info is much appreciated. Than you for your time. I’m aware that in your message above Madrid is not one of the destinations but I’m assuming there might have been some progress since May of last year.
