		<description>Nice video clip. I definitely agree it is the employees that make Delta extra nice. It makes a difference that Delta employees are given the proper tools to get their jobs done. I know at some other (unnamed) airlines their employees do the best they can but are quite limited by what management makes available. Delta employees are upbeat and always seem very happy with their jobs. As a frequent flyer I definitely notice that!!</description>
