Before the advent of the ubiquitous video, at least you could amuse yourself watching some poor soul attempt to look dignified whilst wrangling with an inflatable life jacket, but these days, air passengers are subjected to giant onscreen faces chirpily wagging enormous fingers at you, saying “Smoking is not allowed on any Delta flight” – seriously, I can’t be the only one who is a little scared of the uber-sassy lady in the Delta video.
