Yep, we know, and want to dedicate a blog post to each video…keeps the conversation going and the ideas coming. And we’ve actually got more than four videos (they just aren’t out there yet, stay tuned!).
We’re going to try to post a planeguage video every week, starting with the first four we have, and then after that, you should see some brand new ones!
This is off topic but in your reply above, you stated you want to keep the ideas coming. Here are a couple of ideas for topics that I hope you can pass along to the appropriate people to post blog topics on. 1. I would love to learn more about what Delta is doing at JFK. With AA’s new terminal, I would love to hear what Delta is doing to update Term 2/3. My company is an AA partner so we must fly them, but I do fly Delta occasionally for personal reasons and have used JFK. I am particularly interested because Delta has branded me through all the mktg as the premier international carrier out of JFK and I would definitely consider Delta over my companys carrier for int’l travel.
Delta also does a great job with email communications. I receive at least one email a day from Delta and even if I don’t read the body of the email, I will read the headline to learn what the message is about. I know more about Delta than the carrier I fly most frequently. I would like to learn more from the team that keeps these communications flowing. They/it are a great source of information about your company.
Thanks for letting my voice a few suggestions on blog topics.

Now you need to create a video from the perspective of the unfortunate passenger that gets stuck on the back of the plane next to the restroom. Worst seat in the house. You may recall seeing “complaints from 29E,” the real-life experiences from an airline passenger who voiced his complaints about getting stuck in this seat. Google it. It’s funny.
If you need assistance with compliments/complaints go here.

Hmmm — frankly, spending $ to develop something that has so little value is ridiculous.
